The Unitech Group has already awarded 49 Contracts for execution of Works at 39 Residential and Commercial Projects at various locations across India. The Management is in the process of awarding another set of Contracts against 38 Tenders. The total number of Contracts, in due course, is expected to be about 130-135 for an estimated Award value of about Rs. 7,500 Crore.

The day-to-day execution of Works is supervised by the Project Management Consultants (PMCs) with the Engineers India Ltd (EIL), a Central PSU, engaged as the Third Party Inspection and Monitoring Agency.

Unitech Group is looking for an experienced person, including retired persons, for the post of General Manager (Contracts & Projects). The concerned person should preferably be a Civil Engineer, with experience in Contract Management and should himself be hands-on. The role and responsibilities include overall Contract Management, active coordination with the PMCs, EIL and the Contractors, quick resolution of issues and monitoring of monthly progress reports.
